How does the institution panel differ from individual educator?

Individual educators manage a single profile, their own calendar and their own listings. The institution panel supports multiple educators, multiple courses, capacity tracking, package pricing and institution-level reporting. All educators tied to the institution operate under the institution's storefront.

Which institutions is this for?

Course centers, language schools, software bootcamps, music schools, art studios, dance studios, yoga/pilates centers, gyms, combat sports clubs, swim schools — any business with multiple educators and recurring courses or sessions.

Any commission?

No. 0% per-lesson commission. Only a flat monthly fee per listing. Whatever you teach, the revenue is yours.

How do I invite educators to the panel?

From the institution panel, send email invites; once accepted, each educator's profile operates under your institution.

How do capacity and group courses work?

Each course listing has capacity, start date, calendar and groups. Fill is tracked automatically; waiting list opens when capacity is reached.

Can I do package or term pricing?

Yes — single lesson, monthly/term packages, or course-based pricing, stated in your listing. Payment runs directly between the institution and the learner; Tutoryum does not intermediate learner payments and only charges the institution a flat monthly subscription for each listing.

How are tax certificate and license verified?

After sign-up, your tax certificate and branch licenses go through automatic field extraction + admin review by Tutoryum. The institution storefront does not go live until both are approved. Educator certifications, accreditations and other professional documents are uploaded by the institution and shown to visitors — Tutoryum does not validate the content of those documents; they are statements by the institution.

What does reporting offer?

Revenue per educator/course/term, lesson counts, fill rates, cancellation/refund stats and student satisfaction scores.

What does early access give us?

Institutions on the early-access list get the institution panel invitation first on launch day. During launch, the first 3 listings are free for 15 days; billing only starts after demand opens and the trial ends.

Only the authorised Tutoryum / Kapseller LLC team and the service providers acting on our behalf (Vercel — US for hosting, Turso — EU for database, Resend — EU for transactional email) can access this data within the scope of their services. We will not send you commercial electronic messages unless you opt in below; if you opt in, your SHA-256 hashed email and phone may be shared with Meta Platforms Inc. (US) for advertising measurement and targeting.
