Tutoryum Listing Subscription
Tutoryum is a software-based education listing and discovery platform operated by Kapseller LLC.
Educators and institutions can subscribe to Tutoryum to create and manage online profiles, educational listings, availability information, and discovery tools.
Tutoryum subscriptions are for access to Kapseller's digital platform tools. Tutoryum does not process payments between students and educators, and Tutoryum subscriptions are not payments for tutoring lessons.
Listing Pricing
The base price for an educational listing is $3.99 per listing / month, plus applicable VAT/taxes. Prices are shown excluding applicable VAT/taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Individual Educators
Individual educators can create paid educational listings on Tutoryum.
Individual educators receive a 25% discount on the base listing price ($2.99 per listing / month, excluding applicable VAT/taxes).
Institutions
Institutions can create and manage multiple educational listings through an institutional account.
Institutional listing subscriptions receive a 35% discount on the base listing price ($2.59 per listing / month, excluding applicable VAT/taxes).
Taxes
Prices are shown excluding applicable VAT/taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Applicable VAT/taxes, including VAT, sales tax, GST, or similar taxes, may be calculated and collected at checkout by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for web purchases, or by the Apple App Store or Google Play where applicable.
Billing
Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date for eligible web purchases processed by Paddle. Because these are digital services, refunds may be refused or limited once the subscription, listing, profile, or digital service has been activated, used, or made available, except where mandatory consumer law or the applicable Merchant of Record policy requires otherwise.
Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically create a refund for the current or previous billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
Payment processing
Web subscription payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
Mobile app purchases, where available, may be processed separately through Apple App Store or Google Play depending on the platform used.
