This Refund Policy applies to web purchases of Kapseller LLC products processed by Paddle.
Kapseller LLC sells subscription-based access to software and digital platform tools. Tutoryum subscriptions provide access to digital listing, profile, availability, and discovery tools for educators and institutions.
Tutoryum subscriptions are not payments for tutoring lessons and are not payments to educators.
14-Day Refund Window
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date for eligible web purchases processed by Paddle.
Refund requests submitted within 14 days of the transaction date will be reviewed and processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
Activation and Usage
Because Kapseller products provide digital access to software tools, listing creation, profile management, visibility, and discovery features, refunds may be refused or limited once the subscription, listing, profile, or digital service has been activated, used, or made available to the customer, except where mandatory consumer law or the applicable Merchant of Record policy requires otherwise.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a web purchase processed by Paddle, use one of the following methods:
- Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email.
- Visit Paddle buyer support at paddle.net and select the refund request option.
- Contact Kapseller support at info@kapseller.com and include your account email address, product name, transaction date, and Paddle order information if available.
Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current or previous billing period.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method where possible.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for web purchases and handles refund processing for transactions completed through Paddle.
Mobile App Purchases
Mobile app purchases, where available, may be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Refunds for app store purchases are handled by the relevant app store according to that store's refund process.
